We take great care to ensure that every product you receive is authentic, fresh, and in perfect condition.
However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange if:
• You received the wrong product.
• The product was damaged during delivery.
• You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Note:
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return Process
To start a return:

2️⃣ Provide your order number, product photos, and reason for return.
3️⃣ Once approved, you’ll receive pickup or return instructions.
3. Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit, as per customer preference.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
• If you prefer, we can exchange your product (same value or higher).
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
