Our shipping process is designed to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery all across Pakistan.

1. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 3 to 7 working days (depending on your city).
• Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.
• Delivery may take slightly longer during sales or public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000.
• A standard delivery charge applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.
• Any additional delivery fees (for remote areas) will be notified before dispatch.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email to follow your parcel’s journey until it reaches you.

4. Delivery Areas

• We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities and towns.
• International shipping is currently not available, but we plan to offer it soon.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or not received within the expected time, please contact our support team immediately at support@nbcare.store or on WhatsApp.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience.
• Please ensure that you or a family member is available to receive the parcel upon delivery.
